Question:

I want to dunk but my knees and back seem to be holding me back. What should I do??

I can already grab rim. I have done a bunch of calf raises and have been jumping rope but no results. When I go up to jump, first of all I can feel my knees kind of slacking off. It's like they don't want to cooperate with the rest of my body. Then when in the air my back kind of feels tight and I'm not able to stretch like i should.
