and i want to buy a program that i can buy to edit it ( not expensive )

if you have windows you can download windows movie maker

If you use Windows, you probably already have MovieMaker installed on your computer.

If you use a Macintosh you probably already have iMovie installed on your computer.

IMovie is good I use it all the time and I think it is free it came already installed on my computer.

if u have windows then windows movie maker is already on your computer

Microsoft Movie Maker might do what you want and it should be included with XP. You might find Nero helpful at a cost.

Macintosh iMovie it is.
