I want to empty my pop up on my toolbar?

I don't think you can empty pop up blocker, its either on or off. Go into tools and have a look at the settings

You should have stated which pop-up blocker, but I suspect you are talking about the Yahoo! toolbar pop-up blocker.  Click the down arrow to the right of the Yahoo pop-up blocker button, click the entry with Total Pop-Ups Blocked and reply Yes in the small Window.

That cannot be done, you can however clean out your cookies file, history file and delete on and offline files.!!!
