My tenant has not been paying rent for months. His brother is on bail for being in possession of drugs as is his sister. I suspect he is earning money on drugs as well. He has four kids and someone is always in the house. I live in Ireland and I need help!!!

  1. Okay, you need to go through the court for that usually.  However I can send you a form for free ( I have a form program that has that on it) it has a lot of tenant/ landlord forms.  Let me know.  You can usually evict for whatever you want, but if you just suspect I would not use that as an excuse.  You should use the not paying rent.  You don't want to make more trouble.  Just be like you know I am losing money here.  The sheriff's department can serve them with the eviction notice.  Give them a call if you want.  I will see what I can do about copying and pasting the forms to word and sending them to you if you want.  Just email me through here.  Click on my profile and click on email or contact or whatever it says. :)

    Good Luck.

  2. call your Barrister and let him handle it. who does the ACTUAL eviction, the Garda? ask them [ if you7 have a friend ].
