I want to find a good salary search engine to look for salaries in the uk. Can anyone help?

I want to search about working in the police, a lawyer and working in IT, plus others. Would like a website preferably please. Thanks for help.

You can find salary data for for the UK at PayScale.com (see the links below). They also have a free salary survey that you can take to find salary data for your specific position - taking factors such as your location, experience and employment setting into consideration. http://www.payscale.com/?src=yahooA

there is salary.com in the u.s. but not sure if applies to the uk. i'd check it out though to see

do better and start your own business. Since you do not give your qualifications, thats an option.
