I want to find a word doc with a resume structure "like i fill in the blanks of my personal information.?

You can google "sample resumes" and get some templates.

there is templates right in word. Open Word. Do File> NEW and a template listing should appear. You can choose resume wizard or pick a template with blanks for your info.

If you don't like those, you can go to the microsoft office website and download templates but that is not as easy or fast.

Go to file, new document and then on the left side will be search field type in Resume and it will give you a list of different styles of Resumes you can choose from and then use the template to do your Resume.
