  1. try contacting the Bar association in your area, check his record, see what school he went to etc.


  2. There is a lawyer called Andrew Norris.  However, the real one does not practice in Betterton Street.

    If you got an email from someone claiming to be him then it is a scam.  Delete it and move on.
