  1. 1. antique shop

                  or

    2. antique road show (if they come to your town)

  2. you can go to a pawn shop where they will tell you how much it is worth if you sell it

  3. There was this TV show that would tell you. Look up local Antique stores, they can tell you too.

  4. I always check Ebay. I just type in the item that i have, and see how much it has sold for in the past.

  5. I usually check Ebay, in the "completed items" column.

Editing for Lavender: Sign in to your Ebay account. Search for an item, then look down the left side of the page. There is a section that says "show completed items". It shows you what that item already sold for. You get to see how high the price ultimately went.

    .

  6. Pawn shops only give 1/3 to 1/2 the value of an item and thats usually only if they think they can resell it.....

It really depends on what type of item and what type of value. Financial, historical or sentimental

  7. If you had listed what it was, you would be able to get a complete answer, instead of a lot of guesses. Most people here try there best to answer a question but need a complete question with all the info. I am sorry I can't help.

  8. Where is the "completed item" coloumn?
