I want to find the name of a movie in the late1980s early1990s about a couple of kids and mini dinosaurs?

I saw it as a kid and I cannot remember who played in it or the title. I remember that some people tried to steal the dinos and at one point in the movie the little reptiles were in a greenhouse. Thanks!
