Why "besides eBay and Amazon?"  That's like saying "Where can I buy a new Chryser other than a Chrysler dealership?"  eBay and Amazon are the two places you go for videos.  You'll almost always get a better price there than anywhere else, if anywhere else even has what you're looking for.

That being said, a Google search turned up numerous sites selling a DVD called "Skateboarding motion Vol. 1".

but there is a new site called allmovie.com you could try that

also try typing skateboarding motion buy online in google and see what comes up
