I want to fire this senorita!

I am a controller in a large corporation. Lately I have been having

problems with my accounts payable supervisor. She is not qualified

for the job and works only about 30 hrs a week, yet gets paid for 40 hours. The owner wants to keep her on because she is pretty and dresses sleezy. (although he would never admit this) I want to get rid

of her, what should I do?

Fire her from your department. If the owner wants to keep her he can transfer her to somewhere he wants to.
