  1. Cereal...Pasta...Or just order chinese food out MmmMM

    or make a sandwich

  2. my gf makes this all the time completely in the micro, its awesome cut up 2-3 chicken b*****s(nuke them while mixing the rest, like 3-5 min) one can of cream of chicken soup equal amount of brown rice and equal part water, a splash of salsa(to taste. i like about a 1/4 cup) mix it up together with the chicken pieces in a covered casserole dish and nuke it on high stirring every 5 min til rice is soft, yummm it's addicting and re-heats well for lunch/leftovers

  3. that's a good thing

  4. I'd go with anything with pasta.  Easy to make, fast and always good! You can pair it up with either marinara or alfredo sauce and maybe some garlic bread. Oooo and wine is great with that too! Ok..now im hungry!

  5. Baked chicken (use shake and bake or just some oil and salt and pepper and oregano or you favorite spice)

Rice (the kind in the bag that you find in the store, preferably chicken flavored

One vegetable  (broccoli, carrots, or peas work well)

    Rolls w/ butter

  6. Chicken Kabobs, grilled zucchini, baked potato, grilled garlic bread.

    Recipe for Kabobs:

  7. a good recipe i like is. cut 2 chicken breast into chunks and cook it in a pan all the way through while you are doing that boil some water and put in refrigerated tortilleni any kind cook the pasta drain it and mix it with the chicken then stir in some alfredo sauce.  if you want before you cook the chicken you can season it with salt & pepper and some seasoned salt or garlic pepper or emerill seasoning it's really good!

  8. Baked Cheese Ravioli

Buy some frozen cheese ravioli from grocers freezer

A jar of pasta sauce (Prego, Ragu, etc.)

    A bag of shredded mozzarella

Microwave the ravioli for about 2 mins with a bit of water in the bowl.

    Drain.

Put ravioli in an oven safe bowl or baking dish

    Pour sauce on top.

Put cheese on top and put under broiler for about 2 mins.

Keep an eye on it or it could burn.

Cook until starting to brown and is bubbly.

Remove from oven with oven mits!!!

Serve with parmesan cheese and a small salad.

    Yum!

    So quick, so good.

  9. stirfried rice.  Add whatever veggies you have and whatever leftover meat you have with cooked rice, soy sauce and seasonings.

  10. 1 woodchuck

    1 tb Salt

    1/4 c Onions, chopped

    1/4 c Green peppers, chopped

    1/2 tb Chopped parsley

    1/8 ts Pepper

    4 1/2 tb Flour

    1/2 c Cold water

    3 c Broth

    Biscuit Topping

    1 c Flour

    2 ts Baking powder

    1/4 ts Salt

    2 tb Chilled fat

    1/4 c Milk (approximately)

Skin and clean woodchuck and cut into large pieces. Place in a heavy pot, add 1 tablespoon salt and enough water to cover and parboil for 1 hour, or until meat is tender.

Strain and save broth. Remove meat from bones in large pieces.

Add onion, green pepper, parsley, and pepper to the broth and bring to a boil. Make a paste of the flour and water, then add it to the broth, stirring constantly until thick and smooth.

Add the meat to the broth mixture and stir thoroughly. Pour into baking dish.

Top with biscuits made as follows:

Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Cut in the fat. Add enough liquid to moisten the ingredients. Roll out quickly and cut into rounds with a cookie cutter.

Place the biscuits on top of the meat in the casserole. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes until biscuits are browned.

  11. Large can of chicken (you said fast so I'm limiting any cooking time with canned) drained and hold liquid aside

A pack of flour tortillas cut/torn a little smaller than a dollar bill

    a can of enchillada sauce

    pack of shredded tex/mex cheese

    large can corn (drained)

Mix the echillada sauce chicken and corn together

line a lasagna tin with a drizzling of the "chicken water" from the drained chicken otherwise the bottom layer of tortillas will burn

Now layer the pan as you would a lasagna

    tortillas

    chicken, enchilla and corn

    cheese

    and repeat.

    Cover with tinfoil

It takes about 10 minutes to put together and then bake it at 375* for 50 minutes.
