I want to fix my old Dreamcast?

Ive just found my old games console, a Dreamcast

(released by sega in the 90s but over looked because of the rise of playstation but its actualy LOADS better...! XD)

and i dunno what kind of person id call to fix it? or what would be the cheapest option?

You can find special game shops in town which will fix it. I've seen one, and it's advertised in the window that they repair any console. Or go to a Game console shop and ask what's the best to do. There may be someone in the Phone Book who can fix stuff like Computer's, Game Consoles etc. What exactly is wrong with it anyway?

it would probably be cheaper to buy another i got mine for £20 and i reccomend the shenmue games even though you have probaly got them anyway
