i want to fly and live in america what to do? just to buy tickets to us and stay there or it' illegal/? should i do things before flying to usa remember i want to live there at least 3 years

Yeah, you need to have a visa.  What country are you from?  check with the nearest US Embassy or Consulate for information on what to do to prepare yourself legally.
