I want to form a registered body in INDIA to serve for INDIANs. How to form it and how to register it?

Indians rules and regulations may be different from other countries. How to form a registered body in INDIA especially in Andhra Pradesh.

How to form NGO. How to form Trust. Which one is feasible.. some comparison study between these two so as to help me to decide to which direction to start with.

You can register as a trust to serve the people if your motive is exclusively for a charitable purpose

An application in the prescribed form must be given for registration

The following purposes may be the basis of registration as a charitable trust:

the promotion of education,

the promotion of religion,

the relief of poverty;

other purposes of benefit to the community
