  1. Be careful with this program.  It uses a lot of shock and impact, and can lead to joint problems.  I haven't used the program myself, but have seen it and read accounts.  The reality is that there is no gimmick for long term gains in your vert.  There are some things you can do that will help add an inch or two here or there.  But to make significant changes that will improve your overall performance, it takes time and hard work, which will pay oiff in the end.  Best thing is to find a coach or personal trainer to make sure you can perform free weight exercises such as squats and deadlifts with proper form and help you to develop a program.  The way plyometrics were originally intentioned, one was required to first have the ability to squat 2.5x their bodyweight so they could handle the stress of the plyometric exercises.  In the US, the standard has been dropped to 1.5x, but still many athletes skip this and jump ahead into plyos and wind up hurting themselves n the long term.  Below is a link to a thread on the AVP forum that has some very good resources.

  2. I did air alert and it helped me a significant amount. I gained 9 inches on my vertical and the program is tough. so stick with it and you wont be sorry!

  3. I don't know if it works but two things I know work awesome are Plyometrics and Jump A.T.T.A.C.K.S.

  4. YES!!!!!!! Trust me it is worth it.

  5. leg presses stand against a wall and just keep jumping and jumping try and reach higher and higher worked for me

  6. Many of the exercises are already described in an array of training books, but the DVD will help towards utilizing proper form in doing these exercises, and offer more motivation than any book can.  It's not expensive to purchase, but like any other intense form of training you have to stick with it to see results.
