Take online classes.  Many schools, including the top ones, now offer at least some of these.  You can even get full degrees totally online now, from "real" colleges and universities (you're not limited to University of Phoenix etc.).  Google "distance education" or "online degrees" or "independent study" and you'll find a shockingly wide range of options.

Don't be afraid of taking online classes; they really are easy and often even better than in-class, because every student has to participate in the chat more, which makes it much more interesting and inclusive.

You can take online courses and work around your schedule. Please take an English course!

Well, I guess you have to have time management. in order to take courses while working. Study at night work in the day...
