  1. For your legs, do lots of legs exercises, they will gain muscle and look bigger. As for your b*****s, I'm not sure how.


  2. You can't pick where you want to gain weight when you eat. My suggestion is do exercises that target your pecs, quads, hamstrings, and calves.

    I'm sure you can find more online but...

    Chest:  push-ups and flies

    Legs:   Squats and lunges.

  3. if you want bigger b*****s then i think you need to eat more and be less manly i mean laugh more... cry more.. be more happy .. be less stressed.. and of course eat a bit more :)

  4. i am in the same situation.. i am tired of the chicken legs and flat chest....  make sure that you eat 3 meals a day and plenty of fattening snacks.... take a daily multivitamin... and another thing i have been doing is drinking ensure PLUS..... its made for putting on weight... it has 350 calories a can... and its really good when its very cold...... strawberry is the best, taste like milkshake.... this is what i have been doing and its really helping.... good luck!!!

To gain weight on your legs, eat a little extra than you normally would but do exercises that work your stomach e.g. sit ups, etc. that way it will become more obvious over time that your legs will become bigger and do not do any exercises that work your legs e.g. running, cycling, etc. But I don't think there is any way that you can gain weight on your b*****s....?  

  7. If you want to gain weight add extra carbs to your diet. Eat lots of carbohydrates...as much as you can. Because it is the carbs that make yo gain weight. the extra carbohydrates that you eat get tuned into fat. the extra fat that you eat is sometimes turned to fat as welll, but most of it is used up.

    -Eat 4-6 spoons of natural honey a day.

    -take vitamin supplements (not because they will make you fat, but because of your body has something missing, it won't function naturally!!...just to make sure you gte all the nutrients!)

    -eat fruits

    -drink lots of water (to flush out toxins)

    -eat wheat germ

    -eat lots of figs (very healthy and full in healthy carbohydrates!!)

    do simple exercises only!

    hope you gain some weight...and i lose some! lol
