I am 18, soon to be 19 in less than a month. I am a male with testicles weighing 153LBs at a height of 6 foot 3 inches... I am skinny! I don't like being skinny... I even sometimes I wish I was shorter so I wouldn't stick out so much. I've tried all the shakes, (bananna peanut butter c**p, ensure, whey, they don't work)... I've trying working out and eating, doesn't work..... I just want to get BIGGER! Being healthy really isn't a concern, and it never has been... I eat what I like, when I want. It just DOESN"T add on! Probally one of the reasons is because my house is never filled with food.
Here's my eating schedule.... I wake up, get a drink, probally eat something small or nothing at all... if I don't work, I'll probally snack on something until dinner around 6pmish.... If I don't work, I don't eat in the morning... and probally eat a small sandwich around 2pm... come home and eat my one and only meal of the day.... I then go to bed around 2-4am and probally make some frenchfries of mac and cheese or whatever there is to cook before I go to bed... I probally pull in around 1,500 calories for majority of the days in the week.
I want someone if they could to make me a table to help me reach 180LBS by new years. I weigh 153LBs, so round it to gain 30 pounds in 4 months. I need something with a high calorie count to exceed pass 2,500 calories (daily intake a male should consume).... What to eat when I wake up, what to take to work to eat, what to eat before I go to bed... How much to consume?
Other info - I usher at a movie theatre... with a given shift... I probally walk 3 miles worth all over the theatre... not sure how many calories that burns.... I also work 5-6 days a week.
