I want to gain weight!?

i dont like being 103 pounds [NO I AM NOT DIETING]...was 115 pounds probably a month and a half ago and i have had a stomach problem that doesnt allow me to eat as much as i want to which is helping the stupid weight loss....what can i do to gain it back...[please no saying stupid comments like eat fatty foods and chicken its a waste of time}

  1. maybe limit the amount of exercise if you do it a lot?

    oh a good way to gain weight is eating after about 6pm.

    eating late doesnt give your stomach enough time to disgest all your food while you sleep or something.


  2. whatever the reason that you want to get your weight back was, just do it in a healthy way. like eat alot of good stuff, instead of eating junk food for snacks, have an apple or some other type of fruit. eat whatever you want but eat it healthy!

  3. I've heard that taking a Slim Fast before every meal will help you with this. The reason is: The Slim Fast slows your metabolism and you won't process the food as fast which will help you gain weight.

You don't have to necessarily eat unhealthy foods, just eat very hearty foods, such as creamy pasta dishes, big sandwiches, thick heavy soups, etc.  It also helps to eat late at night, right around the time you go to bed because then you won't burn as much of it off because you will be asleep.  When you eat during the day after you eat don't go out or do anything strenuous, just sit and watch tv, read a book, or check your emails or something.  Good luck!

    It makes a change to here from someone that wants to gain weight. The majority of girls want to lose weight. Even those that do not need to. You mentioned that you could not eat as much as you would like to, so you are going to have to find alternatives. Perhaps exercising less would help. Although, do not stop completely or you will end up being very unfit.  Weight gaining supplements may also be a good idea, but be careful what ones you choose. I suggest you go for the more natural ones that contain your daily nutrients rather then the pills.  

    Oh and would you do me a favor and come and talk to my little sister for me ? She is 5'8, barley over 100 lbs and thinks she is fat !

  7. If you do a lot of sports, chill out and don't excercize as much; read a book or something instead. And you can eat fattening foods that aren't bad for you, per se, like avocado or beans, which have GOOD fats in them that will help you gain weight and muscle, healthily.

  8. Since this is due to a health concern I would talk to  a nutrionist for a pre arranged diet.
