I want to get 2 kicker Comp Vr how many watts should they get?

They say the rms is 400 and peak is 800 but there kickers i know they can probably handle more what exactly could they handle.

I have to Kicker CVR's and i would suggest only getting a 1000 watt amp at the max because i have 2 10" CVR's hooked up to a Fosgate 450S amp so both Subs together are only receiving around 225 watts each and i'm hitting around 125 db's with that. With the 450S my subs are hitting so hard they rattle my neighbors windows which are about 300 ft away. So i would go with 1000 watts max this would give the subs more than enough power to hit and would be the right amount of power to push them to some of their highest potential.

from experience .....lol.....2000 watts are tooooo muchhh...so u could probally use a 1600 watts amp
