I want to get Flowers for a guy?

I wanted to do something a bit different for my fiance...is it ok if I get him flowers just once????

I got flowers for my guy, and 6 years later, we are happily married.  He still remembers the gesture.  I'm not a flower person, but he really was.  It is an antiquated notion that you shouldn't send flowers to someone just because of their gender.
