I want to get a Habitrail OVO suite as a Play Cage....

Hi,

I allready have a hamster cage, its a wire cage with 3 floors, My hamster is fine in it, he likes it and likes to climb the wires, he has everything he needs in it, it has no problems.

So I was thinking of getting the habitrial OVO suite with the maze addon, I was wondering what you think, I am not getting the OVO Suite as a permanent cage, just as a 'Play Cage' so when I want to play with my hamster I would put him in and see what he does, Since im not using it as he's permanent cage I am not going to bother with putting in shaving, Food and the water bottle, so basically its the OVO Suite without anything in it, So that eliminates the problem of the water bottle leaking and eliminates the problem of him gnawing on it, since he wont have the time, So what do you think?

That sounds like a GREAT idea!!!! Go for it!!!! You might want to put  a little bit of bedding in it though. So it doesn't hurt his/her feet!

its a nice idea for ur hamster to get a play cage for it, but why would you? why buy another cage? honestly, its a waste of money... but a play cage IS a great idea, but not ovo
