  1. Yes, someone who has known you for at least 3 years I believe. They must be a professional ie teacher/doctor.

  2. Go and get your information from a driving school!

    How young are you???

and are you living on the Moon, the Star, or on the Sun, witch

    one of them????

Go & get your information from a driving School!.

  3. Yes this is true take somone with you who has a current drivers lic.

  4. Well i dont know if you took driver's education yet, but if you haven't, you definitely need to do that first. If you have, then yes a parent or guardian needs to sign.

  5. the photos you send Have to be signed by a official person check the dvla website at

    http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Motoring/ind...

  6. Yes, In England you need a professional such as a doctor or a laywer that you have known for 5 or more years to countersign your photograph as proof that the picture is who you claim to be.

  7. You have to provide a photo when you apply for your provisional licence.  The photo must be signed by a professional person who has known you for over two years and who is not a relative.

However, if you have a UK issued digital passport you will not need to get anyone to sign your photo as DVLA can ID you from the passport record.

If you have lived in the UK for under 2 years, you should go to your local DVLA office and they can ID you.

  8. In the UK you need to possess a provisional licence, take a driving test (written and practical) and when you pass you can apply for a full driving licence. The licence will contain your photograph and when applying you will have to include photographs of yourself which have been certified as a true resemblance of you. The person allowed to sign this certificate could be a doctor, a local councillor, minister (of religion) or similar. Don't worry it is all explained on the application form.
