I want to get a driving licence, how long it takes from learning to driving independently?

I mean how long I can get the indenpent licence, not student's licecence

Depends on the student. You should go to a good driving school they can help and have the know how.

it will depend on your learning capability. usually 12 to 18 days of an hour a day is enough for a novice to learn the basic driving skills. but i recommend an additional week of intensive training for advance city driving as well as defensive driving.
