I want to get a flatter tummy tips?

i'm actually quite light i only weigh 8 stone but i want to tone my tummy up a bit cos its a weird shape. at the top its pretty much fat and yet round the bottom its not so flat, and its bugging me now cos its so weird. so any tips on how to get that bit flatter will be appreciated.

  1. do some exercises regularly like

    Sit down and bend your head and try to touch your knees


  2. Well personally I've taken dance classes since I was little so my stomache is pretty toned.

    I'd suggest cardio for maybe 15 minutes to 30 minutes a day pretty much every day of the week.

    It seems like a lot but in the long run it's good for you and gives you energy so why not?

    Crunches are good too but they can be a pain for your neck and lower back.

    Jogging really helps tone muscles or you could take up either a yoga or pilattes class.

    Also karate/kickboxing type sports are fun, relieve stress, and really shape up your body

  3. sit ups are your best bet but it will take awhile to get the muscles toned and a flat tummy.
