I want to get a french manicure done.?

i have made an appointment to the nail salon to get a french manicure done but i was just wondering if they would put a longer tip.

say if i say to them i want to get a french manicure done, would they make it long with the tips and paint the tip white or would they just use my normal size nail and just paint a white line on the top?

This is a difference between getting acrylic or gel nails put on,  and having a french manicure.  A french manicure can be done on your natural nails.  They clean them up, file them,  and paint them with a white line and a neutral top coat.   If you are going to have  set of nails put on.  You can either have white tips, a hand painted line,  or an airbrushed white line.  

The white tips do not chip,  the acrylic is actually white to give the look of a french manicure without the hassle.

If you get a new set put on they ask you how long you want them.  Unless you want them like 2 inches long they can accommodate whatever you want.  Just let them know!

a french manicure they would only paint the nails that you already have

If want you want your nails longer and all the the same size

ask  for acrylics nails

they put a fake white tip on and then they put a thick base and it makes your nail really smooth and your nails WILL NOT CHIP!!

there so nice  i'm going to get them done again This Sunday.
