I want to get a japan visa again to re entry? I tried 3x to applied but always denied my papers.Why?

Yes, I tried 3x because i really need it.. my sister want to stay me again in their home... my sister married to a japanese and 1 year old son.... my reason in my guarantee letter my brother in law wrote to help my sister and her wife to taking care his son..first i got it to entry in japan when it last 2006..almost 6 months im staying in japan..because my sister is pregnant...and last nov 2006 my visa is already finished.. so after 3 mos im applying again a visa my reason is to help anf take care of his child,...but all my documents is denied..i dont why? i can follow the rules and regulations but why immigration always denied my papers... i have a documents of my guarantor... all is legal... now, i dont know what to do...my sister want to go me... can you give me another idea to get a japan visa.....

Go there and get one off the black market like we do in China.

You are giving the wrong reason for the visitor visa. Taking care of your nephew is work (like a nanny) and will not qualify as a reason to get a visitor's visa. They feel that you will overstay as taking care of a child will definitely last more than 6 months especially that you have a place to stay. But that is just me.**
