If it's a traffic violation your talking about, usually all it takes is time. In my state (Ohio) it is 3 yrs before a violation drops off of your driving record.

You need to check.but i know once in lifetime you can get things expunged it normally cost 1,000 bucks for the lawyer to do this and they take it off record.
