  1. Do a search to see which Canadian companies have offices in Cuba then contact them.  If you aren't fluent in Spanish, oral and written in my opinion your chances will be minimal.  If you have a background or education in tourism  you could contact the tour wholesalers, Transat,  Sun Wing for example.  Fluency in French would also be a big plus.  Good luck.

  2. If you want something more commercial than tourism, try Sherritt International - www.sherritt.com, or Tokmakjian Group - www.tokmakjian.com.

  3. Getting a job in a hotel is probably the best chance to go to Cuba. Check the big Resorts in Cuba and look for branches in Canada. Apply for a job with the possibility to be moved to Cuba.

  4. Richard K and Santero have good suggestions for you....here are a couple of sites that might interest you:

**but don't forget, if there are job availabilities, they will choose a Cuban before anyone else...but tourism would be something you can get your foot in the door with...or hotel management...a lot of the resort managers are from Mexico, Spain, and even Canada...I met a person who is not Cuban but lives there and has her job working as a tour operator/rep at one of the resorts.

  5. What kind of work , dont think Cuba is hiring outsiders , re-think what you are thinking .
