I want to get a law degree in America...?

I am currently living in England. I plan on going to College in England but I want to live in America so i want to go to university in America. How would I go about doing this?

  2. You can't just move to America, three-quarters of the world would be there if they could.

    You aree free to apply to US schools, but what sense does it make? Law schools teach the laws of a specific Country and even state. Finding a law firm to sponsor you to stay in the US will be hard unless you go to a very top school (Harvard, Stanford) and study a highly unusual specialty. So what good is knowing American law going to do you in the UK?

  3. find the university website and apply - Princeton is the top law school and Wayne State University in Detroit is good if you want to help immigrants and it's the cheapest choice. I'd avoid Harvard right now, it's got a terrible reputation regarding legal issues because of Dershowitz and all the pro-torture advocates trying to undermine the US Constitution.
