I want to get a new haircut, but.....?

ok i want to get this hair cut. i want to get side bangs. i have blonde hair that goes to the top of the middle of my back (if u get that) i dont have bangs and i straighten it alot. everytime anyone does my hair including professionals, they always cut it too short, and it looks terrible because i have a heart shaped face.

but im really worried they will cut off all my hair. they always say " ihave to cut off the split ends. it will only be a few centimeters" and its always and inch or two.thats ALOT.

i dont know what to do. im so nervous.

any other haircuts or advice on the one i have?

ask for long bangs then that'll be shortened and wat u want...

and hair dressers will always cut a little shorter than what you ask.

i dont know why, it just always happens that way
