I want to get a monthly phone with T-Mobile and I wondered what I will need to get the phone there and then, and be able to walk out of the store with it, as I have never signed up to a price plan before.

  1. did mine on e2save didn't need any documents and you can better deals than in shops heres the addy take a look http://www.e2save.com/?wsr/

  2. Photo ID: Passport or driving licence are best

At least 2 of the following, which must be in your name, 3 months old or less and not printed from the internet (like on-line bank statements):

Original utility bills: gas, electricity or water rates.

Bank statement for the same account you are going to use for bill direct debit.

Rent book or mortgage payment book (if you still pay over the counter)

    Council tax bill

BT bill or other phone (landline) provider

You could ring up T-Mobile Customer Services (0800 956 2208) and ask! At least you might save a wasted trip!
