I want to get a speedo but every time i ask she laughs at me how can i ask.?

If you are going swim laps, you need a speedo bikini brief swim wear.  Whoever "she" is, let her wear baggy shorts that cause 10 lbs of drag.  OK, speedos show quite a bit, but this is what you wear if you are serious about it.  I wear a speedo because I do laps.  I don't think most girls have a problem with them.

Hmm, don't get a jammer, they are ugly.

Just tell her that you want a speedo for athletic purposes only, you can swim faster in them, and if that doesn't work get a box-cut swimsuit, it's close to a speedo but it's less taboo to the speedo hating idiots.

If "she" is your mother, I think she is being very insensitive. Speedos are made for swimming, if you feel you need them , she should not make fun of you and help you get some.
