I am planning on getting a seahorse tattoo as well.

I would say to make it symmetrical. That way it will be more aesthetically pleasing and thats the point right?

I made sure all my tats are well balanced.

Maybe add another seahorse to the equation. Nose to nose maybe? Then it forms a little seahorse heart...so pretty. And put it in the middle of your back.

That way, if you have kids it will be out of the stretch mark zone!

Are you planning on more tattoos on your lower back? If not then it might look a little off center. I would do maybe a shoulder blade, ankle, middle of your back or back of your neck. I also think the wrist would look cool but then you have to worry about jobs.

you should get it wherever you want it. but i personally think it would look better on your ankle, calf, or forearm. maybe on the top of your foot?
