I want to get a tattoo in Gaelic and need help with the translation...?

The three phrases I have right now are...

1) One life, one chance.

2) Live with no excuses and love with no regrets.

3) Only when we are no longer afraid do we begin to live.

In Irish:

1) One life, one chance = Saol amháin, Seans amháin

2) Live with no excuses and love with no regrets = Mair gan leithscéalta and tabhair grá gan aiféala

"Mair gan leithscéalta and tabhair grá gan aiféala" literally means "Live without excuses and give love without regret"

You cant say "no" in Irish the same way as in English you can say without instead. Also "love" isnt a verb in Irish but you can say"give love " instead.

3) "Only when we are no longer afraid do we begin to live" doesnt translate in to Irish well

The closest I can come up with is

Tosaímid ár tsaol nuair a níl eagla orainn = We begin our lives when we are not afraid

Tosaíonn ár tsaol nuair a níl eagla orainn = Our lives begin when we are not afraid

(Scots and Manx will both be different)

1) Saol amháin, seans amháin (typo on saol))

These are all phrases that cannot really be used in Irish, they make sense in English, but not in Irish (gaelic)
