  7. A Golden Retriever, Lab or I believe it's an English Sheep Dog. (Black and White). There was something on the internet about which dog was the smartest and the Black and White dog was the first one.

  8. Unique Pet #1: Rats

    Unique Pet #2: Tarantulas

Keep in mind, however, that it is possible to be allergic to a tarantula's sting. In this case, you may have a more severe reaction if you are stung by one of these hairy pets.

    Unique Pet #3: Frogs

    Unique Pet #4: Hissing Cockroaches

    Unique Pet #5: Scorpions

    Unique Pet #6: Giant Millipedes

    Unique Pets #7: Lizards

    Unique Pets #8: Stick Insects

    Unique Pets #9: Snakes

    Unique Pets #10: Hermit Crabs

Hermit crabs are fun to watch as they move from one shell to the next. You can also throw in other items, such as miniature football helmets, and they will carry those around as their shells as well. Hermit crabs are relatively easy to care for and inexpensive to purchase.

(i don't like snakes and spiders)

  9. you could go with a skunk, they are like cats once they have their scent glands removed!

  10. I have a hedgehog, and dogs, and he's the sweetest thing ever. Everyone thinks that you can't hold them because of their quills, but their quills flatten out and feel smooth. Here's some pictures of hedgehogs, the fourth picture is of babies, their quills aren't spiky:

  12. parrot

  13. that black and white dog the user above talked about is a border collie and the english sheepdog is actually an old english sheepdog

  14. Sugar gliders. www.sugar-gliders.com is the website I order my two sugar gliders (Twitchy and Spaz)'s food, cage, etc from. If you call Lisa from that website they'll ship you a sugar glider for $175-$700 depending on the type you want. They live 10-15 years. They are brown with black stripes. You can even get them mostly white. If you breed them you can sell the baby joe's for $175-$750 depending on how much white you get them. The white ones are really rare. These creatures are also exotic. They work will with our cats cause sugar gliders are in a big cage. They're sociable animals so to make them happy you need two. If you don't want babies, do what we did, get two males or two females.

Once they know your scent they will crawl all over you with no problem and not bite. If they do bite it's like a little nip bite at first. I've had ours for about 6 months and they've only bit me once at the beginning.

Read up on them and see what you think. They are unique to me because their skin goes out to their legs and they glide across the cage and room. They look like flying squirrels. They are nocturnal creatures, adorable, they hiss like cats, bark like dogs, and if they don't know each other, fight like hampsters! But if they're brothers or sisters, that won't last long. If you want two, get them at a young age or from the same litter so they won't kill each other since they're very territorial. They have a weird diet. Vegies, worms, and crickets. They love sweet things like yogart and yogart drops, etc. I love learning about these things. They're a hit with my kids and anyone else that comes over.

Sometimes local folks breed them so look them up on classifieds and online. Usually local breeders are cheaper.

    Good luck!
