Try Ryanair -though their flying times are horrible, since they leave Madrid at 6 in the morning!, Vueling -very nice low-cost company- or EasyJet. These are the three major low cost companies flying there these days. You may also get good prices if you fly with Air Europa or even AirComet. My favourites are Air Comet and Vueling, definitely try those two. Transportation to the city from any of these airports would be around 10 euros -bus, subway or train, depending on where you go.
