I want to get an international student insurance coverage. I don't have anyone to get help in this matter.?

When I asked from my school adviser, she just gave me 2 insurance comapnies for me to choose. But they are expensive with compared to other ones. It seems that they don't want to help out their international students. Don't even bothered to explain anything. (Guess they ONLY want tuition fees from international students) So it's pointless to talk with them. I searched websites by myself and still have questions which one is better. If there are any "kind hearted" americans, please advice me.. Thanks in advance.

Progressive is very good with international clients.  Go to an independent agent and ask for five quotes that take international clients.

Your in a tough sport because all American companies use  credit to rate your policy, and as you don't have a credit history (or very small one) you will pay the maxium rate.

So shop online, go to an independent agent, and choose the best one.

First what type of coverage you want. I can mentioned a couple of International carriers:

1) AIG

2) ACE USA Insurance

3) Zurich, N.A.

4) Assurex Group
