I want to get another Parakeet?

I wanted to get my Parakeet Tuca (male), another buddie. He is really happy by himself but he also likes to kiss his reflection in his mirorr. I don't want him to be sad that I got another one, but I want one :( . Has anyone ever bought Parakeets sepratly? How did it go? Help!!!

its actually better to buy them seprately if their not tame yet and you want to tame them it'll be fine because then he'll have play mate to play with while your not but you should supervise them for the first week or two if they fight then get it a seprate cage
