very unfit and need too get fit first. what is the best way to get fit?

  1. swim/workouts/mile runs/ at least 2x per day


  2. run for endurance, swim for upper body strength, cycle for lower body strength. Also do weights and maybe get a coach

  3. Get out there and run like a m**o. You know the drill if you did it before. You just have to start a lil slower now that you're 21, but you're still young and will get in shape sooner than you know it.

  4. Cardio.  Suprisingly enough, you dont burn a lot of calorie if you just run a fast mile or 2.  Your body will continue to burn calories after you run, and keep your metabolism going.

    If you are going to run, run for 30-60 minutes at a decent pace.  This extended period of time will allow your body to burn calories during the exeercise too.

    If you go to the gym, look at swimming, elipical machine, bike machine, or racketball.  Again, stay on the machines for a good 30-40minutes.

  5. dont bother unless your black otherwise u got no chance
