though whenever I run to fast I feel my feet sliding from beneath me and I fall! Im also scared Ill twist my ankels beacuse sometimes they turn inward if I run to fast or walk to fast etc. But I am a fast runner. {weird huh?} How can I improve tips/info/web anything please id really like to know how I can position my body to make it more streamlined and not look weird I heard walking in a march for a few minutes a day helps too true or false? Dont have to answer everthing though.
