I an 15. I way about 150. I am currently focusing on building muscle. Right now im more focused on an all week workout with maybe one to two days rest. Here is my schedual i have for now.sun. biceps and backmon.triceps and chesttues.a bit of both sunday and monday's workouts.wed. rest and maybe run if im not to sorethurs.legsfriday run and ab workout (crunches for now)saturday resti use 20-25 pound dumbells when doing upperbody is that too light? i can do my workouts with this weight but i can feel the burn when im done.i do about 3 sets of maybe 10-12 reps for each exercise. im not worried about what workouts to do i know thatcan someone suggest something to help improve this?and by the way do you think i will see ghreat results in say a month?
