Question:

I want to get bigger muscle wise?

I an 15. I way about 150. I am currently focusing on building muscle. Right now im more focused on an all week workout with maybe one to two days rest. Here is my schedual i have for now.

sun. biceps and back

mon.triceps and chest

tues.a bit of both sunday and monday's workouts.

wed. rest and maybe run if im not to sore

thurs.legs

friday run and ab workout (crunches for now)

saturday rest

i use 20-25 pound dumbells when doing upperbody is that too light? i can do my workouts with this weight but i can feel the burn when im done.

i do about 3 sets of maybe 10-12 reps for each exercise. im not worried about what workouts to do i know that

can someone suggest something to help improve this?

and by the way do you think i will see ghreat results in say a month?

  2. Hi i am 15 too. I am also currently body building. You have a great schedule I'm slack i do it all in one day seven days a week. no break. i'm currently using 15 kg on the dumb bell i don't know how much that is in pounds. I bunch press 45 kg 20 reps. And when i started i was only bunch pressing 10 kg. Because your young you will make a big difference in a month. It took me 3 months to get a six pack.

    Do it, you will be happy with the results.

    Maybe i should use a schedule.

  3. every body's different. when working  out try working out every other day at high intensity. get enough protein in your diet too, and drink plenty of water
