You obviously have a problem.

Making alcohol requires time, three to four days to ferment a proper mash.  You probably wouldn't like the result, although then again, you might.

Most mouthwash has a high alcohol content, and doesn't require any proof of age to purchase.  I can't begin to imagine how awful the hangover will be though. If you are going to go the mouthwash route, don't arouse suspicion by buying six quarts at once.  Nobody has that much bad breath.

You go out to the nearest liquor store and buy some, unless you are 14 or are located in a dry country, like iran.

You can make a still to make vodka, like in Mash, but that is dangerous and you can end up making a toxic/poisonous alcohol instead of a drinkable one, and there is a difference. One will make you drunk, and the other will kill you or make you blind.

Any alcohol you come across in your household (ie. mouthwash) will likely not be in a great enough quantity to get drunk off, and even if it is will give you a killer hangover and if your going to shop, you might as well buy a cheap bottle of scotch (sitting with a bottle of William Grant's Fine Scotch Whiskey, its not great but at $25AU for 22 drinks i aint complaining).
