this link is not a reliable link as at times, it would not function

keep trying and you might be able to make it; but when you eventually do it, the day you want the seva, it may not be available; through this site, you can get advance booking for many sevas upto a 6 months in advance.  They allocate only a small proportion through this mode and the seats fill up as soon as the site and booking become available.

Sometimes it might be just easier to call the Executive officer, send a draft and get the booking by post!
