im about to start th 9th grade. and i want to go out for track. i feel that im "regular fast" but i want to be like " danggg she is speedy" you get it? i hear its really hard and the people in it are ***** FAST. lol. and so how can i build u muscles in my legs and just get faster period. and like what can i do at home. like i dont want to have to go to the gym 24/7
