I want to loose weight. Does anyone know of any running exersise websites with schedules and stuff. I cant run long, but im gunna start

  1. Yes definitely Runnersworld.com!!! Awesome website for runners. Great info, advice, races, blogs. Whatever you need!!! The best one I have found yet. And yes, right on the first page you fill out info for a free running schedule. Good luck fellow runner!!

  2. runnersworld.com, but if you can't run long distances yet, start by walking them, slowing building up to a jog, and then start running when you can.  You should probably do this about every other day for a month, and then six days a week for the rest of your life.
