I want to get into Berkeley from out of state. What SAT score should I get?

Out of state is really hard.

What sounds like a reasonable SAT score?

(I know academics / EC's count a lot but i'd really like to know an estimate for SAT)

i have 2030 at the moment but that was a 1st

2170 would get you a good shot.

You probably want to have above 2150 to have higher chances.
