A. Go to www.ebodyboarding.com for help.  Just google bodyboarding to locate forums.

Q. Can I do it in just a bathing suit or would I need a wetsuit?

A. You can do it in a bathing suit depending on your tolerance to cold water.  Most people need a wetsuit (there are different types) in water below 68d but if the water is under 64d, I'm pretty sure a wetsuit is needed.

Q. Oh, and is there an age that's too old to start boogie boarding?

A. It's never too late.
