well i dont think she can really stop you...but if she is supporting you financially in any ways chances are she may stop that

Yes, she can.  You are not considered a legal adult yet and plus she will be paying for your education.  If she stops paying then you will be in big financial trouble.  It's still going to be difficult if you can get financial aid or something.

with the moving out, you are over 16 and depending on where you live, she can't stop you.
